On the nose you'll find almost creamy Chardonnay notes and some minerality along with slightly sweaty notes (in a good way). The taste is fairly balanced. Salted lemons, dry apple peel, herbs such as bay leaf and thyme, a hint of oak and hoppy notes that give off a kind of sweetness. The beer is perfectly drinkable due to the pronounced
